General
What are the check-in and check-out times?
General check-in starts at 3 P.M. and regular check-out time is at noon. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. See more details here.
*Starting from January 1, 2024, the check-out time will be adjusted to 11:00 AM.
Do you provide Wi-Fi service? What are the rates?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is included with your reservation and accessible in guest rooms and all public space. Wired networks are also accessible with an Ethernet cable found in the desk drawer in all rooms.
Do you have a business center?
No, but there is a spacious desk in each room and basic administrative assistance is available at THE Lounge on the 30th floor.
Do your rooms have rollaways or cribs?
For most room types, rollaways and cribs are available upon request at the time of booking with an additional NTD$1,200 per night, plus 15.5% applicable taxes and fees. A complimentary breakfast will be included. Inquire for details here as some room types cannot accommodate.
Is there space to temporarily store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The complimentary service is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel before check-in or after check-out.
Do you offer currency exchange service?
Yes, it is available for the following currencies: U.S. dollars, Euros, Hong Kong dollars, Japanese Yen and Renminbi.
Do you allow smoking on property?
No, we are completely non-smoking throughout the entire hotel, including all of our rooms and public spaces.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Animals are not allowed on the premises other than service animals.
Can I remove any items from the room as souvenir?
Other than slippers and toiletries, fees will be charged for missing items.
What is the company behind HOTEL COZZI? How long have you been open?
Hotel Cozzi is owned and managed by Cathay Hospitality Management, Inc, a hospitality division under Taiwan’s largest private company LinYuan Group. Zhongshan Kaohsiung opened in 2015.
Are travel adapters available?
Mobile phone charging cable rental is available at the Front Desk located on the 30th floor. Also, guest rooms are equipped with universal USB outlet wall electrical sockets.
Are luggage scales available?
Yes. Please contact Front Desk on the 30th floor for assistance.
Which rooms come equipped with a bathtub?
Almost every room comes with a bathtub.
Reservations
What is your cancellation or no show pollicy?
In compliance with Taiwanese regulations, guests can cancel without penalty anytime before 4 P.M. the prior the day of arrival. For no shows, one-night stay, plus applicable taxes and fees, will be charged to your credit card.
Please note that this does not apply to all room packages. For promotional packages, please refer to booking details for specific cancellation and no show policies.
How can I see or modify my reservations?
After a successful reservation with us, either via our brand website(s) or our Central Reservation Call Centre, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided within 30 minutes of booking. All your reservation details will be in the confirmation email. You may also review or modify your reservation on our website using your email address and reservation confirmation number. For any other inquiries, we are just an email or a phone call away.
How can I change/modify a reservation made through a third party website?
Please contact them directly as we cannot modify any reservations made through a third party.
What payment methods are accepted by the Hotel?
Cash in new Taiwanese dollar, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB card and CUP card are all welcome.
Are guests under 18 years old allowed to check in?
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly inform you that if all guests in the party are under 18 years old, we are unable to accommodate them. The cancellation policy will be applied in accordance with the standard contract terms.

What time do you serve breakfast until? What is the cost for anyone who is not staying at the hotel?
Join us between 6:30 and 10:00 A.M. for buffet breakfast at THE Lounge on the 30th floor. At the moment, the buffet breakfast is only available for our in-house guests.
Do you have room service?
Yes. Service hour is 17:30~22:00. Please refer to the Cozzi THE Roof restaurant page for menu.

Are the rooms equipped with safes?
Yes, each room has an electronic safe wide enough to store most 15” laptops.
Do you have a pool?
No.
Do you have a fitness center? If so, what kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Do any rooms have roll-in showers?
Yes, with limited availability, please inquire.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Yes, laundry received before 11 A.M. will be returned by 7 P.M. the same day. A 4-hour expedited laundry service is also available with an additional 50% cost.
Do you offer self-service laundry service?
Yes, self-service washing machines and dryers are available at NT$50 per use. Laundry balls is also available at NT$10 per piece.
Do you have onsite parking and what are the cost?
Guests are welcomed to use Cathay Central Building Parking located underground, which is free for in-house guests. The entrance is located in Lane 258, Section 2, Zhongshan Road, on the south side of the hotel. Parking fee is NT$40 per hour for visiting guests.

There are numerous convenience stores, supermarkets and pharmacies within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

How long does it take to get to the Hotel from nearby airport and Kaohsiung Main Station?
If traffic is light, you can expect the following travel times by car:
- Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH): 16 ~20 minutes
- Kaohsiung Main Station: 10~15 minutes

Sanduo Shopping District Station (Red Line) is right outside of the hotel entrance.The closest exit to the hotel is Exit 3. Elevator is located at Exit 4.

We partner with different agencies to provide a wide array of options. Fees vary, please inquire.
Could you assist with shipping or receiving parcels?
Absolutely! Guests must agree to pay all applicable shipping fees.
Do you allow event decorations if the room is intended for a wedding?
Yes, as long as there is no damage done to the property.
Can you hold events held in the lobby(e.g. a wedding ceremony)?
For the comfort of all our guests, no events are allowed in common areas.
